Happy Christmas on Campus Day! Today, hundreds of kids got bussed into UD, and we got to hang out with them. E and I adopted a kid together. She is in first grade. Things to note about tonight: E and I got made fun of and possibly had a picture taken of us because we have the same winter coat (thanks moms!). G called the elevator an alligator, too cute. She got two trees painted on her cheeks, her nose painted red, and her name written in pink across her forehead. She then ran around yelling at people, "what's my name what's my name?" while pointing to her forehead. It was a fun night. I got my workout by carrying her on my back. At least it was much better than my Satan child last year. Campus looked gorgeous. All the lights and the big tree are up. I don't think it will truly be Christmas until I go home.
So, Wednesday night I went to Hammerjax. Some guy thrusted me from behind. Quite uncomfortable. However, overall, I had a really fun night. I love dancing. I love friends. I am pretty excited about Pegasus over Christmas break with my loves from home.
Right now I'm procrastinating because I do not want to work on my take home final from hell. I have seriously worked on this stupid final for at least four hours. It's horrible. It is probably going to end up being 18 pages long. That is absolutely ridiculous. I want to tear my hair out. Ohhhh college. College would be perfect if it wasn't for classes.
So in one week, I'll be in FLORIDA! I cannot wait. I can't handle this 20 degree weather. It's slowly killing my spirit. Thank goodness I'll have a little break from the winter weather. I will need it desperately. I'm still convinced I need to live somewhere warm. Plus, I get five whole days with my girls...no guys, no schoolwork, no worries. Just fun!
Well...I should probably get back to my studying. Blah. I just keep trying to focus on how good I'll feel when I'm finished.
