MIKE MIKE There's some chick in your car!!!

Well...this was the couple days that M came to meet the family and see good old home sweet home. It began as another mellow, boring end of the week and ended with an interesting story that I'm sure will be told in my house for years to come. He came on Wednesday. We dragged him shopping. He met all my wonderful friends. Thursday we did nothing then went out to eat with the family, came home and got crushed by A at Trivial Pursuit. Friday we drove around...I showed him the area. We even dared to put the top down on the convertible. AND...I didn't stall on a hill...in fact, I barely drifted backwards! YES! Anyhow, then we went to Pittsburgh. That was a good time. We came home, and we just decided to relax for his last night here. We fell asleep and woke up to screaming. We had no clue what was going on. Turns out, some girl got into his car and was looking around to steal money. Fortunately, M had nothing worth taking in his car. Since we don't have police here, there wasn't much anyone could do. So, we all went to sleep, and woke up at 6 am to the police banging on our front door. It was a ridiculous night. We were worried about M being upset and not wanting to come back, and M was worried about making a good impression and not even being allowed to come back. It was interesting and I am positive this will be one of those great stories that never fail to show up in my life. I think everywhere I go or anything I do, I get a good story out of. This weekend was no exception. Overall, I had an amazing visit with M. It was fun and nice.
The one thing that is killing me right now is the fact that classes start in four days again. This break went much too fast, and I feel like as soon as I settle back in with my friends and everything here I am off to UD again. I am excited to see all my UD friends though. Being at home makes me feel out of my element. At school, I have a routine and a schedule and all my stuff is there. At home, I feel lost because there is nothing to do.
Well...I guess that's it for now. New Year's Eve is tomorrow and that's all I have to say about that. :)
