And then someone was screaming Spanish...

Wow this weekend was absolutely loads of craziness. However, it was quite exciting to see my friends finally get their butts up here. K, M, and T were the brave people to drive the 4 hours to UD. I haven't had that many laughs in a long time. It was so much fun to just joke around. And there was nothing to hide or change about myself because those guys know the best of me and the worst of me. They basically know everything there is to know about me. So, we got to just relax and goof off.
R was being his usual pushy wiener self. I got really sick of seeing fraternity guys, but I guess that happens. At least M understood my frustration with him. Everyone really liked UD. What can I say; UD is different from any other university I've ever gone to. T thought he was in Pleasantville because everything was so pretty and clean and the people here were so happy and nice. K loved it too. It was nice to finally have people from home really understand and realize where R and I go to school and why we go here and why we love it so freaking much.
Anyhow, M filled up basically 2 pages of hilarious quotes from the weekend. Everything was really fun and funny all the time. I also figured out that I can speak Spanish pretty fluently when I want to.
I also am so grateful for my roommates' patience this weekend. My friends pretty much took over, but everyone was so cool about it. I was kinda freaking out before my friends came because I wanted it to go smoothly but still have fun. I think it went well, besides a couple quirks. It was nice to just let loose for 2 days.
Tomorrow we have off of classes. I am so happy we have another day to relax. I love long weekends. I wish my entire life was a big, long weekend.

"You have four years to be irresponsible here. Work is for people with jobs. You'll never remember class time, but you'll remember the times you wasted hanging out with your friends. So, stay out late. Go out on a Tuesday with your friends when you have a paper due Wednesday. Spend money you don't have. Drink til sunrise. The work never ends, but college does." -Tom Petty
